BBS Mini
The BBS Mini is the perfect solution for operations with limited depth in the kitchen. All the features of our regular BBS models are available, helping you to ensure consistent product quality and flavor while saving time, labor, and ingredient costs. But since the BBS Mini has a smaller footprint – as small as 15” deep and 35” wide – it’s an ideal equipment option for c-stores, bakeries, ghost kitchens and food trucks.
Smaller footprint
With a footprint of only 15” deep, as little as 35” wide and a standard height of 36”, the BBS Mini squeezes in where a standard BBS breading table can’t fit. The BBS Mini is perfect for narrow c-store or food truck aisles and for fitting in spaces between prep tables and fryers.
Built-in portability
All of our BBS Mini configurations include casters, letting you move the unit wherever fits best in your workflow, and out of the way when it’s not in use. Our “lowboy” model, with a height of 33”, can even roll under food prep counters.
Multiple configurations
We offer a wide range of accessories and configurations for the BBS Mini, making it simple for you to build a table that meets your food prep requirements. Options include breading lugs or funnels, ice baths, dip pots or pans, additional work areas, a back panel, and protein rails. It’s also easy to pair with our mini DrumRoll for fully automated breading and sifting in a smaller footprint.
Specialized applications
C-stores, ghost kitchens, food trucks and bakeries are all space-challenged, and the BBS Mini is the ideal solution. Designed for operations where on-site breading and sifting is needed but space is at a premium, the BBS Mini fits easily into just about any workflow.

Hand sifting breading is labor- and time-intensive, taking an average of 4 to 8 minutes of hands-on time for a single batch. With the BBS, the entire blending and sifting cycle takes less than 60 seconds and is far more ergonomic. Click here to calculate your savings!
