Commercial Meat Tumbler Marinator
The Commercial Meat Tumbler Marinator reduces marinating time from hours to minutes with its timed tumbling process. The flat edge of the barrel tenderizes meat as it tumbles, delivering a freshly marinated product on demand without the risk of over-prepping.
Available in 50-lb. and 100-lb. capacities, this marinator is ideal for kitchens wanting flexibility and on-demand marination.

- The M101Y (taller model) accommodates large, double-stacked plastic basins for easy marinade removal.
- The M101 (shorter model) fits conveniently under work tables when not in use.

AyrKing’s Tumble Marinator is available in two different heights:
The taller M101Y Tumble Marinator allows for large, double-stacked plastic basins underneath the unit to remove marinade and protein from the vessel.
The M101 Tumble Marinator is shorter, allowing it to tuck under a work table when not in use.
Commercial Vacuum Tumbler Marinator
The Commercial Vacuum Tumbler Marinator uses vacuum pressure along with tumbling to achieve deep flavor penetration in as little as 20-25 minutes, ideal for kitchens tight on cooler space or needing a quick marinating solution.
The vacuum process pressurizes the chamber, allowing the marinade to infuse deeply and rapidly, simulating an overnight marination in a fraction of the time.
Operators can select both pressure level and tumble duration to tailor flavor profiles and marinade absorption. This marinator also features a safety stop to prevent operation if the drum encounters an obstruction, and is available in 50-lb. and 100-lb. capacities.
Double-Door Marinator
