The Fri-Jado TG 4 is perfect for convenience stores, butcher shops, and deli departments because it perfectly cooks chicken and all types of meat cuts. It’s also incredibly simple to use despite its versatility. Simply set the temperature and time, then turn on the rotisserie!
The Fri-Jado Turbo Grill Rotisserie has 4 Meat forks, V-spits, baskets, or rack positions and a rotor for up to 12 chickens (2.6 lbs) / 8 chickens (4 lbs).
The TG features the combination of convection and infrared radiation for which Fri-Jado rotisseries are famous. This heating process creates a juicy product with an evenly cooked, crispy skin: a real taste experience.
