The Breader Blender Sifter (BBS) is a specialized breading table designed to streamline fried food breading, cutting hand-sifting time by up to 80%. This advanced breading station uses a sifter brush as an auger, which ensures seasonings are blended evenly throughout the breading mixture, delivering consistent flavor while effectively ejecting unwanted doughballs. By extending the life of breading mixtures, the BBS can help reduce ingredient costs by up to 40%.
With only 3-4 removable parts, the BBS’s automatic sifter is easy to clean in a standard sink. Unlike other methods that use mechanical agitation, the BBS features a quiet, direct drive motor that uniformly blends the mixture, preventing ingredient separation and offering reliable, long-lasting performance.
Built-In Ice Bath and Cold Storage
Certain Breader Blender Sifter models come equipped with a built-in ice bath or cold pan to keep proteins safely chilled during breading. The ice bath features a convenient valve and tube, allowing easy drainage of excess water. The cold pan, which comes in a set of two, can be stored overnight in a freezer and maintains a cool temperature for 4-6 hours at room temperature.

Back Panel and Over Shelf
Optional storage add-ons like the back panel and over shelf enhance workflow and add extra workspace to the BBS breading table. The back panel attaches securely, providing space to hang bun pan racks and other accessories for streamlined processes. The over shelf is an angled, ergonomic addition built into the BBS, keeping proteins and batters conveniently within the operator’s reach, making breading tasks more efficient and accessible.
Brushes and Screens
The BBS breading table includes a standard sifter brush and screen, but alternate options are available to suit specific recipes or preparation methods. Brushes are designed to handle a variety of batter styles, from light water-based batters to thick buttermilk coatings. Screens can also be customized to work with different breading textures, from fine flour to larger spice flakes or breadcrumbs, ensuring the BBS meets a range of breading needs.
