The spits are inserted and guided directly into the independent motors (adjustable depth), radiating cooking with gas burners or reinforced “incoloy” infrared elements, and excellent value for money.
Heat protection with tempered glass (4 for the MAG 8), twin safety on the heating elements (gas series) and hinges connected to an “open window” blocking system. Comes with a cable tidy, too.
24 to 56 chickens, depending on the model.
Available in vitrified enamel or stainless steel, with powerful lighting (2 quartz lamps) protected by waterproof vitro-ceramic screens, laser-cut back-lit “Rôtisserie” logo and silver-plated tap fittings with the DORÉGRILL logo. OPTIONAL: “Luxury” finish (brass)
Easy to clean:
The interior can be fully dismantled, and the inside corners are rounded. The interior is 100% enameled.
The Simplifil® (Dorégrill patented) spits make handling and cleaning safe and easy. Temperature regulation from 20-300 °C by thermostat (electrical series), independent burner regulation (gas series), keep-warm mode available by adjusting the oven cool-down speed.
Available in two versions: gas (220 V mono – Propane/Nat. Gas) and electric (380 V + N + E – optional 220 V three-phase). Major gas savings, thanks to the new regulation system and more efficient new radiating elements.
