Most Henny Penny ODS (Oil Disposal Systems) roll directly under the fryer to capture spent oil without lifting or carrying hot grease by hand. Once filled, the lid seals tight for safe transport. The ODS 100 works a little differently, connecting directly to the fryer’s oil disposal connection. From there, the main difference between models comes down to the pump system and discharge method.
